With first hand insight into what buyers are looking for as they tour homes as well as first hand experience in how much better a staged home performs on the market, she knew she couldn’t let their clients miss out on such an important step in the listing process. That’s why she decided to offer complimentary staging to all her clients who list their homes with her. Is your staging really complimentary?
It sure is! But only for our listing clients. If you sell your home with Natalie, you will receive complimentary staging.
Do you have your own inventory?
Yes! Natalie has her own inventory of furniture, art work, rugs, and accessories. You name it, she has it! In a vacant home we will bring all items needed to make your home show beautifully. For occupied listings we will let you know during our consultation which of your items we would like to use and which ones need to be moved out prior to staging day.
Do you offer staging for people that aren’t your clients?
Yes! Staging services are now offered to all agents and homeowners in the area- please reach out for Natalie’s pricing structure.
Does every listing require staging?
Yes. Ok, maybe not, but it’s rare. Even the most beautiful homes typically need small touches throughout to really showcase the home for listing.
